Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Returning or Exchanging goods from Aussie Vac online store ..

Please contact the Aussie Vac Customer Service Team if you need to return a product purchased from our online store, you will then be provided with instructions on how to proceed. These instructions may vary depending on your location and the type of item to be returned.

Aussie Vac will provide a refund or exchange for returned goods, provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase from the Aussie Vac online store.


Change of Mind Returns:

If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, please notify Aussie Vac Customer Service Team  within 30 days of date of receipt and follow their instructions for returns. The cost of returning any product to Aussie Vac is your responsibility. Freight charges are not refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchange. Aussie Vac reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on change-of-mind returns at our discretion, to cover handling and administrative costs.

Faulty, damaged or not as described Returns:

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, these may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs. Please notify Aussie Vac Customer Service Team  within 30 days of date of receipt and follow their instructions for returns.

 

Refunds:

We will make every effort to process items returned to Aussie Vac within 3 business days of receipt at our online office. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please do not send credit card or bank account details with your return as they are not required to process a refund.

Please note any refund applied to your credit card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
