I did the installation myself. I took my time and it was straight forward. Luckily I had the right size(52mm) hole saw so I was able to route the exhaust back under the house. The unit seems to have good suction. Bags are easy to replace. It is heaps quieter than the previous unit which was a twin motor with no muffler.
After 27 years our first Aussievac died 😢 and have been very happy with it, Within an hour I replaced the old with the AV2300 and all pipes aligned all ok. We are also very happy with it and has great suction. We have 2 points in a 200sqm house.

Hubby and son were very impressed with the quality and found it easy to install.
Then the big test! We have 4 indoor cats, big house with carpet on the stairs and upper storey.
I always felt I couldn't adequately pick up all the cat hair no matter how many times I went over an area.
The new unit was amazing!!! Carpet now looks like its been professionally cleaned.

Easy to replace the old system plug and play the only slight thing is the led is a lot brighter than the old one all good better suction than the old system must have been on way out before the motor fused out

Great company. There was a part missing from the kit unfortunately, but they were helpful with a work around on the phone and then came around and fitted the missing part for me. Vacuum sucks, as it should…

Excellent service from Ben who explained and demonstrated what I needed to do to swap the existing old vacuum (trouble free since 2003 when system was installed in new build).Although still apprehensive my swap over to the new vacuum was perfect.
Would only add that while the new vacuum is the recommended replacement for the old and it seems more powerful but it is certainly noisier which is not really a problem as the unit is located in our garage
