The Vacusweep did not operate as it should.
It would not open as designed and needs to be pulled open by hand.
Shut off works as designed.
I get the feeling that this part had been returned to store (maybe for that reason) because the box opening had been ripped.
Hi Ian, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issue with your Vacusweep Almond. As discussed via our online chat before you ordered this product, the Vacusweep has been superseded by the Cansweep - we suspect the manufacturer made the new version to address issues with the opening/closing functionality which can arise occasionally.
As this product has been discontinued we do not resell returned items - they are sent back to manufacturer. You are welcome to return and try the Cansweep if that helps.
