Hose switch works well. Very convenient to switch off vacuum without removing hose. Quality appears to be very good.

Thanks for the fast service I got exactly what I ordered I like the fact that I spoke to Paul and he organised my order when I rang. I think he was on a job but he still made time to get my order sorted, everything arrived two days after just like he said

The hose is good but the switch doesn’t turn off the suction
Hi Glenda, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the switch isn't turning off the suction for you. The most common reason for this issue is incorrect alignment of the hose in the vacuum socket.
We recommend checking out our helpful article and video (the video demonstrates the proper alignment about halfway through) to see if that resolves the issue for you.
